Define a central idea
An integrated campaign is more than repeating the same visual everywhere. It starts with a clear idea and promise that people can recognize at every touchpoint. Each channel then expresses a different part of it.
Give every channel a job
A large display may create the first impression, while digital content offers room for explanation and follow-up. A website or landing page should feel like the next chapter of the same message. Map these roles before production.
Make transitions effortless
When someone moves from a physical encounter to a search or website visit, the brand’s language and visual cues should remain familiar. Align the headline, offer and call to action. Each touchpoint should answer the next question.
Measure what the goal requires
Choose measures that follow the campaign objective: visits, engagement or enquiries. Decide beforehand what can actually be measured and how that evidence will inform the next decision. Avoid promising certainty without data.
